It’s always polite to offer your seat to older people or pregnant women, but when the white-haired man you’re offering your seat to is fitter than you, you probably shouldn’t bother.

While Britton and Barrett Barker and their grandfather, Wayne McEntire, were in Rio de Janeiro for the 2016 Olympics, they took the underground and the 68-year-old was offered a seat for elderly people on the train. McEntire politely declined and did what he knew best: show off his massive grandpa guns.

Britton Barker was so proud of his fit, funky granddad that he decided to share the three images he took of his granddad in action to his Twitter account.

“Someone offered my grandpa a preferred seat for elderly people on the subway and he did this,” according to the caption for the images posted by McEntire’s 19-year-old grandson.

Within three days, Britton Barker’s post had received more than 130,000 likes and had been retweeted more than 100,000 times.

Britton Barker’s brother Barrett Barker told BuzzFeed that his grandfather is in great shape and works out every day.

“He’s always been one to put on a show and entertain me and my two brothers,” Barrett Barker said. “So I knew he had something that would surely surprise me in store just by the way I saw him walk over to the empty seat.”
