Fast fashion retailer Topshop is known for its relatively affordable, on-trend pieces. However, sometimes its eclectic styles fail to hit the mark with customers.
The latest product shoppers are buzzing about? The brand’s MOTO Clear Panel Mom Jeans — a high-waisted, light-wash pair of denim jeans with clear knee panels.
Shoppers seem perplexed by the $95 jeans and can’t stop discussing them on Twitter, with many linking to the product page at Nordstrom.
Wtf? First of all: Mom Jeans??? Second: why do knees need a window?? https://t.co/KJ8uMHSWUD

Confused shoppers, take note of Topshop’s directions: “Wear them folded at the cuffs to keep them looking cool.” From the Twitter reactions, that result seems unlikely.
This isn’t the first time the retailer has been questioned about an outlandish style. Shoppers also took notice of Topshop’s MOTO Tulle Skirt Jamie Jeans — skinny jeans featuring a black tulle skirt overlay.
