Aquaman: The Lost Kingdom is DC’s latest release, and it's a sequel to the first Aquaman film that was released in 2018. Earlier this year, Momoa opened up to us about the role as Men’s Health May/June cover star. “Aquaman is probably the hardest character in comic-book history. He’s made fun of and ridiculed, but I tried to give it heart and soul, and I’m proud of it in certain ways,” Momoa explained.

A month before The Lost Kingdom’s release, some of the film's stars were seen talking about their roles and the movie in an exclusive behind-the-scenes video by People, with director James Wan explaining the difference between the first movie and the sequel. “In the first movie, Aquaman is this loner, a bit of a traveler, trying to find his place in the world,” Wan said. “In the second movie, he is now a king with a day job, and he has a purpose.”

Momoa also talked about what it was like to reunite with Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as Black Manta. “I'm excited to fight Manta. It's just huge, going to be amazing to watch. There's nothing really like it, we went all out. It's going to be f***ing amazing!" Can I stream Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom?

Since Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom was just released in theaters, it’s not yet available for at-home watching and streaming — but if we look at other Warner Bros. movies, we can guess when the Aquaman sequel will be available to stream.

Warner Bros. releases typically take around a month to be available to buy or rent digitally, so we can expect to see The Lost Kingdom on sites like Amazon Prime sometime in late January or early February, and it’s actually available for preorder right now.

After that, if the film follows the pattern set by other DC movies like Blue Beetle and The Flash, then Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom should premiere on Max about two months after theatrical release, which would be February or March.
