There's a Good Chance 'Flip or Flop' Season 9 Will Happen, Tarek El Moussa Revealed

Christina Anstead recently got remarried and debuted her own show, Christina on the Coast. Now her ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa, has announced his own upcoming solo show as well. With new individual ventures on the exes' plates, it's reasonable for fans to wonder if there's room in their busy schedules for another season of Flip or Flop.

Tarek recently spoke to the New York Post to share some insight on the fate of the show he stars on with his ex. Lucky for us, it's looking good. "I think there's a very good chance," Tarek said when asked about the possibility of a ninth season of Flip or Flop. "We're currently shooting Season 8, and we have a few months left and that should premiere this summer."

Tarek also mentioned that he and Christina are "super excited" to get back on the air. It seems that any initial awkwardness of filming together after their divorce is long gone. "Today it's the best it's ever been," Tarek said. "Time heals. It's been two-and-a-half years now and life goes on. That's it. At the end of the day we have one shot at this thing, so let's try to be happy and positive and focus on tomorrow instead of yesterday."

That being said, we probably won't be seeing Tarek appear on Christina on the Coast. He'll be busy on the pilot of his yet-to-be-titled HGTV house-flipping show and digital series-and if we're lucky, another season of Flip or Flop!
