The Show-Stopping Pink Flamingo Cocktail Gives Ice Cream a Boozy Kick

Boozy ice cream? Yes please! Our twist on the Pink Squirrel, the Pink Flamingo, gets that same pale pink hue as the Wisconsin-born cocktail, but without the fancy ingredients (what the heck is crème de noyaux, anyway?) and it is so, so good you’ll be happy to eat kale all week just to save up for this sweet treat. Then again… if you sip the Pink Flamingo while standing on one foot, the calories don’t count.

The Pink Flamingo
Serves 2
Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients
1 cup vanilla ice cream
¼ cup crème liqueur (like Bailey’s Irish Cream)
2 tbsp grenadine syrup, plus more to garnish
¼ heavy cream, whipped (or prepared whipped cream) – technically optional

Directions
Blend the vanilla ice cream, cream liqueur, and grenadine syrup. Divide in two glasses and top with whipped cream; drizzle with grenadine.
