The Newest Subscription Service for Beauty Junkies

Confession: when I was a college student in New York a few years back, I blew most of my monthly grocery budget on post-workout blowouts from Drybar. At $40 a pop, they really added up. (Sorry, Mom, I know you’re reading this and now you know.) BeautyPass, the self-proclaimed “ClassPass for Beauty,” which just launched in New York City, is a new subscription-based service where you can sign up for unlimited beauty services. They are launching their new service with blowouts, offering a month of unlimited sessions in Manhattan for $99. In the coming weeks and months they’re planning to roll out unlimited manicures ($49/month), spa services ($59/one service per month), and unlimited spray tans ($99/month) which will take place at top, editor approved salons throughout the city.

From quick-fix braid bars to makeup artists who come to your door via an app, theses convenient beauty services are revolutionizing the industry—and BeautyPass takes it a step further by also making things a little more affordable for beauty junkies. Here’s to hoping it pops up in more cities this year.
