Video: The Duchess of Cambridge skips her pedicure before stepping out in India
Even Princess Kate has an off day every now and then.
The young royal is currently touring through India and Bhutan with husband, Prince William. While visiting a museum located in Old Birla House, where Mahatma Gandhi, India’s founding father, spent the last few years of his life, she was asked to remove her shoes out of respect and revealed that she had bare toes!

Sure, we’ve all skipped a pedicure before but knowing that she was visiting India, a place where it’s quite common to be asked to remove your shoes, we’re surprised Kate wasn’t a little more prepared.

That said, many are seeing the move as further proof that though royal isn’t as perfect as her enviable hair suggests and that beneath all of the royal jewels, she’s just like us.
