Naomi Osaka gave a first look at her newborn daughter.
The tennis star shared an adorable snap on Instagram, featuring the little one in an adorable tennis-themed white onesie. However, the new mom made sure to crop her baby's face.
The 25-year-old also included other photos from the arrival of her first child, including a hospital selfie while about to give birth, as well as a romantic picnic that her rapper boyfriend Cordae set up in their backyard with strawberries, charcuterie, flowers, fried chicken, and balloons that spell out "MOM."
Osaka joked in the caption, "Well that was a cool little intermission, now back to your regularly scheduled program 🎾✌🏾💕."
"Congrats Mama! So so happy for you! ❤️," commented Vanessa Lachey. She also received congratulations from Olympic track-and-field star Allyson Felix, who wrote, "Congrats Mama you did it! Couldn’t be happier for you💙."
Though the athlete hasn't revealed her baby's name, she teased to People that the pair was "going for something more unique than traditional." Though it's not known when exactly Osaka gave birth, the news came out on July 11, with a source close to the parents telling the outlet that the family was "doing well."
Osaka first shared the news of expecting her first child back in January, with a photo of her sonogram. "Can't wait to get back on the court but here's a little life update for 2023."
