Every relationship is put to the test one way or another, but it’s usually not on a place called Temptation Island or broadcasted on national TV. Yet, for four couples at a crossroads in their romantic lives, that’s their reality. (And tbh, I’m here for the messiness.)

Yep, Temptation Island is back for another season, premiering October 10 at 10 p.m. EST on USA Network. A reboot from the early aughts, the show first came back for a smoking hot season earlier in 2019, and the fiery drama made waves—and I'm not just talking about the ones in the ocean off of Maui (a.k.a. Temptation Island).

If you’re out of the loop, here’s how the show works: Four couples arrive on Temptation Island, only to be separated and sent to live in a villa with new potential partners. Men with the single ladies, women with the eligible bachelors. A new lease on single life is meant to give couples clarity about whether they're meant to be together—or if there’s a better fit out there. After a month of self-growth, reflection, and (probably) bad behavior, couples must decide if they will commit to each other, someone new, or leave the island alone. Relatable, right?

As the men and women go on dates and start testing the waters, things get chaotic—quickly. After all, many of the couples struggle with infidelity and commitment, which, uh, Temptation Island is kind of a breeding ground for. "It’s like a dream that started off good, and it slowly turns into a nightmare," one cast member says. (Let that sink in.)
