The Telfar x Converse Collection Is Here
Telfar’s full collection with Converse has officially dropped. On July 2, the collab kicked off with the release of a cross-branded duffel bag featuring Telfar’s insignia and Converse’s iconic star motif. Just a few days later, the rest of the collection is now available for purchase at both converse.com and shop.telfar.net.
Telfar and Converse had teased the release of this collection at the end of 2020 when they released a “pre-collaboration” capsule collection featuring tracksuits, vintage-inspired graphic t-shirts, high-top sneakers, and more. This sophomore addition shares the visual tenor of the original: old-school sportswear. The Telfar x Converse collection offers a selection of graphic tees and tanks, shorts, a duffel bag, and a hoodie, as well as white leather Mary-Janes, slip-on shoes, and slides. Prices for all of the pieces range from $60-$120.
Telfar Clemens’s eponymous label is known for its well-earned place in the affordable luxury market and its hard-to-cop, vegan leather shopping totes, which earned him the Accessories Designer of the Year title at the 2020 CFDA Fashion Awards. Apart from this collaboration with Converse, Telfar has stayed on top of its game with brand loyals, thanks to the regular shopping tote releases. He's been celebrated for its accessibility initiatives like the Bag Security program and high-low collaborations with apparel brands like Converse and UGG. Just this spring, Telfar teamed up with White Castle once again to redesign the fast-food chain’s employee uniforms in honor of its 100th anniversary.
