Teddi Mellencamp’s latest Instagram post with two-month-old baby Dove is the definition of glow. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and founder of All In by Teddi is completely bare-faced in the adorable selfie, and fans could not get over how radiant her makeup-free skin looks. “You honestly look beautiful and she’s adorable,” wrote a fan. “Naturally beautiful!” added another.

Mellencamp has been open about her sensitive skin and rosacea in the past, but the 38-year-old has finally nailed down a skincare routine that works for her complexion. Below, Mellencamp shares her go-to skincare products and tips with Prevention.

She cleanses her face with an exfoliating brush.

When Mellencamp wakes up in the morning, she grabs her TAO Clean Orbital Facial Brush. “I love spin brushes but I didn’t love the fact that I never felt like I could get them clean enough, and what’s cool about this one is that it has a UV light that kills 99.9% of bacteria,” she said in a recent Instagram Story.

The face cleansing system comes with an exfoliating brush and a daily brush “which is perfect for me because I have super sensitive skin and it gets read easily, and this does not make that happen,” Mellencamp said. “It actually cleans my pores and helps me get off all that excess makeup residue.”

She swears by lactic acid for hydrated skin.

After washing her face, Mellencamp grabs her Kate Somerville DermalQuench Liquid Lift. “A quick spray in the morning gives your face an instant fresh, plump, hydrated feel,” she tells Prevention.com.

Then, she applies the cult favorite Sunday Riley Good Genes Lactic Acid Treamtent. “I have very dry skin, so this serum is a must for me!” she says. The lactic acid gently exfoliates and plumps the skin for a smoother look, aloe vera hydrates and soothes, while licorice extract works to fade dark spots.

The RHOBH star previously raved about Sunday Riley and the It Cosmetics CC+ Cream as rosacea-friendly products. “Both help with moisture, protection, and redness,” she wrote in an Instagram story.

She keeps her makeup soft and natural.

Mellencamp doesn’t usually do her own makeup, but while in quarantine amid the coronavirus pandemic, the RHOBH star has been getting glam at home.

The mom of three mentioned that she loves It Cosmetics, but if she’s switching up her foundation, she’ll go for Era’s Everyday Aerobrush Foundation. “It’s super light, and I can just do a quick spray for easy coverage. Love that it helps nourish the skin, too!” she says. She warms up the skin with the ever-popular Soleil Tan De Chanel cream bronzer. “It gives me a soft, natural glow since I can’t get a spray tan right now,” she says.

And while she recently joked about her crying in an episode of RHOBH, she said Tarte’s Shape Tape Concealer has been her savior. “It’s waterproof, so even if you need to have a cry you’ve got that pimple covered,” she says.

For eyes, it’s all about Christian Dior’s Diorshow Iconic Overcurl Mascara, because she “almost lost an eye” trying to apply her own eyelash extensions. (Totally feel your pain, girl!) And she says Tarte’s Clay Play Eye & Cheek Palette Volume II has beautiful colors and is easy to use for someone who is “makeup challenged like me.” The look is finished with Charlotte Tillbury’s Pillow Talk, a nude, rosy shade. “Love a natural lip! This is my go-to on most days,” she says.

She embraces beauty from the inside out.

Mellencamp has been open about her weight loss journey, and says she decided to overhaul her lifestyle after she gave birth to her son Cruz. “I started learning about my body’s needs and taking care of myself,” she previously told Prevention.com.

The reality star lost 80 pounds after overhauling her diet and fitness routine. Now, she reaches for egg whites, whole wheat bread, oatmeal, and lots of veggies. “I want to make sustainable choices,” she explained. “I think what I didn’t understand before was that I thought in order to enjoy myself, I had to have a cheat day and have alcohol, pasta, and dessert. Now I’ve learned balance. Instead of having pasta, wine, and dessert, I’ll choose one. But I never feel punished or use food as a reward.”

Mellencamp also stays active with spinning, yoga, and hikes—and clearly, the star’s hard work has paid off, because she looks better than ever.
