If her Time Magazine cover is any indication, this has undoubtedly been the year of Taylor Swift. The pop superstar practically took over the world with her Eras Tour and subsequently inspired fans to paint their lips red, channel their favorite musical era in their outfits, and to pay attention to football for the first time. Now that the first leg of the record-breaking tour is over, Swift seems to be gearing up for some holiday relaxation—at least if her manicure is any indication.

On December 6, Swift was in New York City to attend the premiere of Emma Stone's new movie, Poor Things, showing up to the event wearing a chic (Reputation-coded?) all-black outfit, her classic bright red lipstick, and a two-toned chrome manicure with loads of Christmas cheer.

The mani in question was short and natural in shape. Each of her nails was one of two colors—bright cherry red or a forest green. Swift's pinky, middle finger, and thumb all matched in the candy cane shade, while her pointer and ring fingers were Christmas tree green. Then, each nail was dusted with a chrome finish—making the red more of a "Fire Chrome" shade and the green ultra-shiny, almost like multi-colored tinsel.

The outfit she paired the mani with was more edgy than we are used to from the star, maybe a hint to the upcoming re-release of her iconic Reputation album.

She wore a long, tight-fitting black maxi dress layered under a slightly shorter black fur coat. Open-toed black heels and a gold clutch with crystal constellations completed the look, along with some side-sweeping bangs.

If you, like Swift, share a love of cutesy, fun holiday manicures, you're in luck. This jolly chrome manicure is ultra-easy to replicate at home for all your celebrations this season.

First, remove any lingering polish that may be on your nails with nail polish remover. Then, cut and file your nails to the desired length before applying oil to your cuticles to soften and push them back. Then, wipe your nails clean and buff the surface for an even canvas before going in with your favorite base coat.

With your nails prepped, it's time to add color, alternating red and green on each nail. For the green shade, Addiction Tokyo makes a slightly lighter green chrome polish that will do the trick, My Instinct ($19). Then, for red, Butter London has the perfect shiny red shade to copy Swift, Metallic Red ($18). However, you can always use one coat of plain green or plain red polish as a base before dusting a shimmering eyeshadow in a similar color on top.

After color, all that's left is sealing it in with your favorite top coat and adding a dollop of nail oil. Then, you will have the jolliest nails at the party.
