Taylor Swift’s Team Released an Adorable Baby Video of Her as a Bunny for Easter

Taylor Swift’s team had a little fun on Easter yesterday and offered up an adorable look at the singer back in March 1990. The Taylor Nation account, run by her management, shared a video of Swift and her mother, Andrea, during the future star’s first Easter. Swift appears in a bunny costume, naturally.

Their caption alluded to adult Swift’s love of hiding “Easter eggs” in her outfits, music videos, and more. The team wrote, “Dropping easter eggs since 1989. What’s your favorite that you’ve found through the eras? 🐰🥚”

Swift didn’t post on her own Instagram for Easter and was not photographed either. She was last seen in Los Angeles with her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, on Sunday, March 24.

Swift will emerge back into the public eye soon enough, though, as her new album, The Tortured Poets Department, comes out on April 19. She’ll return to her Eras Tour on May 9, as well, kicking off her European leg in Paris.

Swift spoke to The Washington Post in October 2022 about why she so frequently puts Easter eggs in her work. “When I was 15 and putting together my first album, [...] I decided to encode the lyrics with hidden messages using capital letters,” she said in a statement to the outlet. “That’s how it started, and my fans and I have since descended into color coding, numerology, word searches, elaborate hints, and Easter eggs. It’s really about turning new music into an event for my fans and trying to entertain them in playful, mischievous, clever ways. As long as they still find it fun and exciting, I’ll keep doing it.”
