Taylor Swift Switched Into a Flirty Denim Corset Minidress for a 2023 VMAs After-Party

Taylor Swift took home a staggering nine VMAs last night, winning in all but two categories in which she was nominated. Her night didn’t end with her Video of the Year acceptance speech, though. Post-ceremony, Swift changed out of her asymmetrical Versace gown into an upcycled EB Denim corset minidress to party.

She posed with her nine trophies in the look, then was photographed at Diddy’s after-party at The Ned in New York City’s NoMad neighborhood. Swift switched her nude lip to a red one for the outing, but maintained similar makeup and hair to her ceremony look.

While all of Swift’s awards were not announced during the broadcast, Swift did make four speeches on stage. For her Video of the Year speech, Swift noted how wild her night had been. Swift made history with that honor, becoming the first artist to win it four times and, in addition, the first artist to win the award two years in a row.

She said in her speech: “This is unbelievable. I just to say that the fact that this is a fan-voted award means so much to me based on the memories that we’ve made recently. I’ve just been on a tour that is the most joyful and exhilarating experience, and we’re not even halfway done with it. It’s really felt like the adventure of a lifetime this past year. I cannot believe that it was a year ago at the VMAs that I announced the Midnights album, and all I have to say tonight is thank you. I’m blown away. Thank you so much to the fans. I love you so much.”
