Swifties are commending Taylor Swift for the smooth way she handled her in-ear monitors failing during an Eras Tour performance of "Love Story" recently.

In a now-viral video circulating social media, Swift was performing her hit song when her in-ears, which play the beat of the music to keep her on track, stopped working.

The 33-year-old Grammy winner looked to the sound tech staff during a break in the song, tapping on her ear to notify them of the issue. As "Love Story" continued, the singer found her bassist, Amos Heller, and kept her eyes on his instrument to see the beat and figure out when to jump in. Understanding the situation, Heller added some head movement to further signal when Swift should start singing, and she quickly picked it up and continued the song.

While the video has since been deleted from the original poster's account on TikTok, it quickly went viral on X, with one re-posting with the comment, "God she is just so incredibly smart like I would start having a panic attack."

"why have i watched this like fifteen times it’s just so fascinating how fast she can think and problem solve ugh," wrote another.

A third Swiftie highlighted Heller's aid: "A cherry on top to Taylor’s professionalism in this, is also Amos’. He noticed that something was up with Taylor and you can tell by his head nodding, he’s signaling, 'yeah this is the beat, you got it, you’re good.'"

A different fan was utterly charmed by Swift's graceful recovery, saying, "who would’ve thought that professionalism could be so hot."

After her Aug. 27 concert, Swift is taking a short break from the nonstop performances before the tour starts up again in November with dates in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
