Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift

On Sunday, Jan. 28, Travis Kelce and his football team, the Kansas City Chiefs, took home the AFC Championship, beating the Baltimore Ravens and securing their spot in the Super Bowl against the San Francisco 49ers.

To mark the accomplishment, all of the Chiefs got a black commemorative hat that reads "Conference Champions" on it with the team's logo. In celebration after the win, Kelce's girlfriend, singer Taylor Swift, tried on the hat herself, posing in new photos shared by Kelce's close friend.

One fan shared their excitement over Swift's choice of accessory on X, noting that, with how big the hat was on her, it looked a little like the black hat she wore in the "22" music video and subsequent stage performances.

Longtime pal Aric Jones was in attendance at the game and he posted plenty of photos from the exciting night, including Swift rocking the hat. There was also another photo of Swift in the hat, laughing brightly as she posed with a large group of people, including Kelce's mother and father.

Fans thanked Jones for sharing the photos of Swift along with his other snaps from the day, with one writing, "you blessed the entire fandom with that 1 photo."

"Oh she’s an icon for that pic HAHAHA," said another.

A third joked, "Taylor's in her Chief's Kingdom Era ❤️💛." Others cheered on both Swift and Jones, as more celebrated the Chiefs' huge win.

Next up, the team is heading to Las Vegas for the Super Bowl on Feb. 11, but it's unclear if Swift will be in attendance to support Kelce, as she heads back on tour with her first show on Feb. 7 in Tokyo, Japan. She will perform in the city three more times after that, with the last Tokyo show slated to take place on Saturday, Feb. 10.

It's possible for Swift to hop on a plane after the show and make it to the game, but it would be an exhausting affair, so Swifties will just have to wait and see what happens in February!
