Taylor Swift Sent Flowers to Police Officer Injured in Las Vegas Shooting

As the country continues to cope with the aftermath of Sunday's Las Vegas massacre, Taylor Swift showed her solidarity in the form of flowers. On Monday, the pop star sent a bouquet of blooms to an injured police officer, who regularly sacrifices herself to ensure the community's safety, and the Route 91 Harvest Festival was no exception.

The Los Angeles Police Department's Foothill Community Police Station in Pacoima, California, took to Instagram to share the "Look What You Made Me Do" songstress's beautiful gesture: a gathering of cheery pink, yellow, and red flowers that were gifted to an off-duty officer who was injured during the mass shooting.

Alongside a photo of the uplifting blooms, LAPD's intel analyst Kimberlee Binder wrote: "Talk about a class act! @taylorswift sent multiple bouquets of flowers and plants to our station, as one of our officers was shot in Las Vegas last night. This is one of the smaller arrangements. Beautiful flowers can bring a smile to anyone's face. Much respect."

The department also assuaged fears about the officer's condition, confirming that she would make a full recovery after reportedly being shot in the knee.

"Thank you to all who have called and experienced concerns of our Foothill Female Officer. She is stable and doing well. We wish everyone who remains in Las Vegas and in attendance safe returns," the department penned in a Facebook statement.

Leave it to T.Swift to bring a little cheer to such a gloomy day.
