Moments after making history at the MTV Video Music Awards last night, and turning heads with her dazzling red carpet look, Taylor Swift stepped out in another shimmering outfit to party in New York City.

The "Love Story" singer was photographed arriving at the Republic Records MTV VMAs after party at the Fleur Room in Manhattan in a silky cobalt blue Moschino mini romper embellished with bedazzled silver stars and clear gems along the plunging sweetheart neckline and spaghetti straps. She paired the piece with a white fur coat and sparkly silver platform heels.

Swift had quite a night Sunday. The singer took home three awards for her "All Too Well" short film: Video of the Year, best Long Form Video, and Best Direction. She was also nominated for Best Cinematography and Best Editing.

Her wins made her the fourth-most decorated artist ever in the history of the VMAs, and she also became the first artist to win Video of the Year three times, having previously taken home the award for "Bad Blood" ( 2015) and "You Need to Calm Down" (2019). She now has 14 VMAs under her belt, just behind pop queens Beyoncé (with 29), Madonna (with 20) and Lady Gaga (with 18).

Swift arrived at the VMAs in a flapper-inspired silver minidress by Oscar de la Renta. The backless piece was made up of silver chains encrusted with clear jewels and pearls, and she styled it with matching chandelier crystal Christian Louboutin strappy heels, and Lorraine Schwartz spiky pear-shaped diamond earrings. For glam, she donned her signature red lip and a subtle silver cat eye.

During her acceptance speech for Video of the Year, Swift dropped a bombshell: She's releasing her 10th album this October 21.

In an Instagram post, she revealed the title of the 13-track album, Midnights, as well as its theme.

"We lie awake in love and in fear, in turmoil and in tears. We stare at walls and drink until they speak back. We twist in our self-made cages and pray that we aren’t - right this minute - about to make some fateful life-altering mistake," she wrote. "This is a collection of music written in the middle of the night, a journey through terror and sweet dreams. The floors we pace and the demons we face. For all of us who have tossed and turned and decided to keep the lanterns lit and go searching - hoping that just maybe, when the clock strikes twelve … we’ll meet ourselves."

On her Instagram Story, the singer also shared a link to her online store for fans to preorder the album.
