No “bad blood” here! Despite rumors that the pair might’ve been feuding, Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes appear to be getting along just fine—in fact, they’re even partying together.

According to TMZ, the Midnights singer and Patrick Mahomes’ wife were spotted taking shots and chatting it up at a recent Kansas City Chiefs post-game party. An insider reportedly overhead the pair saying that “they wanted to stay in touch and have plans to meet up again in the near future.”

This is all wholesome news, especially considering that some social media users were previously convinced that Brittany—who goes to just about every single Kansas City Chiefs game—was less than thrilled about Taylor’s attendance at the team’s last game against the Chicago Bears on September 24, 2023. The game marked the first time that Brittany, who married the Chiefs star quarterback Patrick Mahomes in March 2022, brought their 9-month-old son Bronze to one of his dad’s games. While it’s safe to say that Taylor stole the spotlight with her appearance, it looks like Brittany wasn’t bothered—and it looks like we might even have a new NFL girl squad in the works.

In case you’ve been living under a rock, Taylor was at the game to support her rumored new beau, Chiefs player Travis Kelce. The 1989 (Taylor’s Version) singer and the NFL tight end have sparked dating rumors ever since he mentioned that he tried to slip her his number at one of her concerts. Since then, Taylor has been leaning into her NFL girlfriend role (it’s rumored that she’ll also make an appearance at the Chiefs game on October 1, 2023, which you can find out how to watch here.)

During the last game, Taylor was spotted in a suite alongside Travis’ mom and friends at Arrowhead Stadium and photographed celebrating his touchdown. After the game, the pair reportedly drove in Travis’ convertible to have dinner together.

Following the game, Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes shared his thoughts on Travis and Taylor’s rumored relationship, revealing that even he felt a “bit of pressure” knowing that the superstar was in attendance. “I knew I had to get it to Trav,” he said during a post-game interview, referring to the touchdown that Taylor celebrated with Travis’ mother. “He does his own thing and just makes up a route, and I throw it to him. I think he wanted to get in the end zone just as much as all the Swifties wanted him to.”

Although he hasn’t met Taylor personally, Mahomes seemed supportive of the singer and his teammate. “She’s a pop star. She’s a tremendous singer, tremendous at everything she does. I haven’t gotten to meet her, but I guess if she ends up being with Travis, then I’ll probably meet her at some point,” he shared. “Seems like a good person, so hopefully I get to meet her one day.”

While Taylor has yet to publicly comment on their rumored relationship, Travis addressed their whirlwind weekend together during a recent episode of his podcast New Heights, which he hosts with his brother Jason, who plays for the Philadelphia Eagles.

“I want to respect both of our lives,” Travis said. “She’s not in the media as much as I am doing this show every single week and having fun during the NFL season on other guys’ shows, like the McAfee show and any other show I go on from here on out. Like you said on that Thursday night game, I’m enjoying life and I sure as hell enjoyed this weekend.”
