Target's Same-Day Delivery and Pickup Services Will Be Available Through Christmas Eve
Whether you're still searching for the perfect stocking stuffers or you need a few more ingredients for your holiday meal, we've got good news for last-minute shoppers. Target just announced that its same-day delivery and pickup services will be available through Christmas Eve!
"We know guests are looking for those last-minute gifts or items right before the holiday, and our industry-leading same-day services are here to save the day with a fast, safe and reliable way to get everything they need," Rick Gomez, Target’s chief marketing, digital and strategy officer, said in a Target news post. "Guests can shop Target.com and the Target app all the way through Christmas Eve and still snag the perfect items."
Shoppers will have until 5 p.m. on Thursday, December 24, to shop for any last-minute items using Target's free pickup options. When checking out on Target.com or Target's app, you can choose Order Pickup or Drive Up services, and your order will be ready within a couple of hours. Even better, Target is making these services more convenient for shoppers for the holiday season by dedicating more employees to pickup services and doubling the number of Drive-Up parking spaces.
Don't want to make a last-minute Target run? Target has added 150,000 Shipt Shoppers for the holidays. So if you want to head to Target stores, you can place an order with Shipt by Christmas Eve afternoon for same-day delivery right to your door step. While Target didn't mention a specific time cut off for this service, it's probably best to order earlier in the day.
