Target's $30 Cart is Basically Made for Instant Pots
The Instant Pot was the "it" cooking gadget of 2018, and it's definitely not going anywhere in 2019. If you're still trying to figure out how to use your Instant Pot and where to store it, clever Target-shoppers have discovered the perfect solution.
The rolling three-tier shelf from Target's Made By Design line may look like your average utility cart but it happens to be the perfect size and shape for storing your Instant Pot (and all those must-have accessories!). The cart has a five-star rating and cult-like following online with 263 (and counting!) positive reviews. Reviewers say it's quick to assemble, moves easily, and fits everything they need.
Short on space in your kitchen or pantry? Create your own Instant Pot storage station: Put the cooker on the top shelf and use the other shelves to hold pots, pans, and accessories. The cart's top shelf is large enough to hold an 8-quart cooker comfortably.

Customizing Your Instant Pot Cart
Instant Pot users on the official Instant Pot Facebook Community have been talking about the cart since it first appeared in Target stores.
Some users found ways to modify the cart to store multiple Instant Pots. Some installed the middle shelf upside down to make room for a larger multi-cooker on the bottom. In that case, the middle shelf no longer has a rim, but it becomes the perfect place to store cookbooks.

Instant Pot Facebook Community member Erin Walter shared a simple fix to make both the 8-quart and 6-quart pots fit on the cart: Take out the middle shelf completely. With the 8-quart Instant Pot on the bottom shelf and the 6-quart version on top, Erin said it was easy to wheel the cart in and out of the pantry, saving valuable counter space in the kitchen.
