Target Is Selling Glitter Wine Fizzers That Are Like Delicious Bath Bombs for Your Rosé

With Christmas just a week away, it’s really time to start locking in your New Year’s Eve plans if you haven’t already. I’m of the opinion that overpaying to bump into strangers in an overcrowded club or bar (or, god forbid, Times Square) isn’t really the way to go. You can have a perfectly wonderful New Year’s party with little more than some decent booze and a few good friends by your side.

If you’re looking to elevate your usual wine drinking this December 31st, you might be interested in a little something recently spotted at Target. I’m talking about a set of raspberry-flavored sparkling wine fizzers fit for any sort of special occasion or classy affair.

As the name implies, these things add a bit of a fruity twist, kind of turning your wine into a bit of a rosé. Not only that, they also offer an impressive display as they dissolve. Once the fizzer plops into your glass, it gradually releases tiny silver and gold stars (fully drinkable, of course). If you time it right, it’s basically like the ball is dropping directly into your glass as we roll into 2020.

You don’t have to enjoy the fizzy festivities by yourself: they’re sold in boxes of six for just $6, meaning it’s pretty easy to stock up and make your Christmas or New Year's Eve a bit merrier and brighter. Just don’t try to dump all six of them into a single champagne flute.
