With everything being so expensive nowadays, it can be hard to choose shoes over essentials, especially when those shoes are pricey. But long gone are the days when you have to pay an arm and a leg for cute, expensive-looking shoes. Target continues to create affordable versions of high-end brand products, and their latest slides are no different. Their Nina Slide Sandals are so nice that not only are shoppers saying they look expensive, but they pointed out a specific designer shoe that this style looks like.

Target’s Women’s Nina Slide Sandals by their brand, A New Day, are only $20 and look like luxury from the get-go. They come in two types of shoe widths—medium and wide—which is great and more inclusive of people who don’t fit into more narrow shoes (which is especially tough with sandals). These slides are, of course, slip-on sandals and the strap is made to land in the instep of your foot. It has an open round toe and does have a .25-inch block heel (so it’s not fully flat).

The Nina Slide Sandals also come in five colors: cognac, beige, black, blue denim and white. Cognac, black and white all have a faux leather material for the strap and top of the shoe. The beige color is made with 100% raffia material, which gives it a wicker or rattan look. And the blue denim version looks like denim, but the site notes that it’s a faux suede fabric.

Popular Instagram Target shopping account @shesattarget posted about the slides on Feb. 17, and it got people pretty excited in the comments. One user wrote, “Such a classic sandal!” and another wrote, “Got them! So cute and comfy.”

And the reviews tell a similar story from shoppers. One user wrote that they’re a “timeless style” and they love the raffia material on the beige slides.

“Very comfortable so I will get a lot of use out of these sandals," they wrote.

Another reviewer wrote that they wore them for 9 hours a day for three days at a Disney park, where they held kids and pushed strollers. They wrote that they never saw any blisters or had soreness. “Some kind of miracle!” they wrote (and we’d agree).

On top of many saying these Nina Slide Sandals are comfy, they also “[look] so expensive,” one reviewer titled their review.

"These are inspired by a high-end shoe design at a way more affordable price point. Very comfortable and stylish,” another person wrote. “I purchased all available colors! Way to go target! Thank you for keeping us on trend & within budget!"

Which high-end shoe do these look like? Well, another reviewer noted that they’re “a great Hermès dupe,” and they’d be right! These slides are a lookalike version of the Hermès Oran Sandal, which goes for $760. They come in a whopping 21 colors in varying fabrics. Of course, Target’s slide sandals are slightly different in the looks department, but it’s still pretty dang close.

Next up, Target is also selling $30 gold buckle sandals that look very similar to Steve Madden sandals.
