What’s a Valentine’s Day without wine? A sad one, that’s for sure. And if you’re going to choose one variety, you might as well go with pretty pink rosé. Target’s new Rosé Bae variety is the perfect sip on Feb. 14.

The fact that Target offers wallet-friendly wine is one of the many reasons we can’t get enough of the store. Last February, the retailer introduced The Collection, a $10 per bottle wine line. Although it includes a rosé, their new one is much more Valentine’s Day-approved.

Rosé Bae is a dry-style wine made with Grenache, similar to Syrah, and blended with Barbera, Pinot Gris, and Tempranillo. You can expect notes of red fruit, subtle minerality, and a hint of floral, along with a crisp finish. It has 12.5% ABV and has a nice pink hue.

You won’t have a tough time making something that goes along with this wine, since it goes with so many types of dishes. For starters, go with deviled eggs, white cheese popcorn, and hummus, along with cheeses like brie, goat cheese, and mild white cheddar. Opt for shrimp pasta, citrus-marinated chicken, and margherita pizza for dinner. End the meal with strawberry shortcake berries, and dark chocolate truffles (so you might as well pick up a bag of Lindt’s new Strawberry Dark Chocolate Truffles while you’re in Target) for the finishing touch.

Rosé Bae wine is available exclusively at Target for $10. There are four ombré-colored labels, so yes, you do need to collect them all. Who knows — it just might be love at first sip!
