Who Is Tarek El Moussa's New Fling, Heather Rae Young?
This past weekend, Flip or Flop star Tarek El Moussa (ex-husband of Christina on The Coast star, Christina Anstead) was photographed with a new woman. His new fling, Heather Rae Young, is one of the stars of Netflix's Selling Sunset, a reality series that follows luxury real estate company The Oppenheim Group. As it turns out, the two have a lot more in common than just a mutual affinity for yachts.

Heather Young is in the real estate business.
She's a luxury real estate agent for The Oppenheim Group in Los Angeles. The company itself boasts over $1 billion in sales, according to its website, and Heather's profile says that she specializes in "high profile and high net-worth clientele, including many celebrities, athletes, and musicians."
She's also on Netflix's reality series Selling Sunset.
The show follows Heather and her co-workers at The Oppenheim Group as they sell luxury properties in Los Angeles, California. It premiered in March, but we don't have much info about whether or not a second season is coming.

She's a signed model.
Heather's Instagram indicates that she's signed with EMG Models, and she's worked with notable brands like Calao Swimwear, DSO Eyewear, and Carrie Amber lingerie.
She was named Playboy's Playmate of the Month back in February 2010.
The model has recently spoken about her involvement with Playboy and posted a photo to Instagram back in May saying, "Being a @playboy Playmate a lot of people ask me why I posed and why I did it....Because I have the right to choose & won’t let anyone make me feel inferior for my choices."
She is 31 years old.
She's just five years younger than Tarek El Moussa, who is 36 years old.
