Tarek El Moussa Teases Getting a "Yes Ma'am, Mrs. El Moussa" Tattoo and Already Knows Where He Wants It Inked
On Wednesday, Tarek El Moussa and Heather Rae Young appeared on Entertainment Tonight, where they discussed their wedding plans, El Moussa's relationship with ex-wife Christina Haack (and how Young feels about it), and of course, the infamous "Yes Sir, Mr. El Moussa" tattoo.
To rewind, Young surprised El Moussa this past Valentine's Day by getting a tattoo on her lower back that reads: "Yes Sir, Mr. El Moussa." It was inspired by a game they play with his children at home; however, fans had other thoughts. In this week's interview, ET host Nischelle Turner brought up the "heat" Young faced because of the tattoo. She also had a suggestion for El Moussa.
"In order to rep your lady, maybe you should get a tattoo that says 'Yes Ma'am, Mrs. El Moussa,'" she posed. The Flip or Flop star turned towards his fiancée and said "What do you think? I'm down." He even started visualizing where he would have it inked: "I'll do it right here under the wedding band, he said as he pointed to his ring finger.

Young seemed to approve, calling it a "great idea" and "cute." Turner then moved the interview along to another question and the tattoo talk ended. Was El Moussa serious about reciprocating his fiancée's gesture? Or was he teasing? It's hard to tell. Either way, he does seem to know that he wants a scaled-down version.
As for those looking for more context on the meaning of Young's tattoo, here's what she told E!'s Daily Pop hosts Justin Sylvester and guest host Kym Whitley back in February. "I will be Mrs. El Moussa, so this is my name, and it is a special thing that we do around the house. Daddy is the boss, I'm the queen of the house. We do it with the kids," she explained, adding that she and the kids will often say "yes sir, daddy" or "yes sir, Mr. El Moussa" at home. The tattoo was "not at all" subservient, as fans' comments on Instagram suggested.
