Tarek El Moussa Opens Up About His "Awful" Divorce
Tarek El Moussa has finally begun to open up a little bit more about his divorce from his ex-wife Christina, but what he has to say isn't exactly nice.
On a recent episode of The Dr. Drew Podcast, El Moussa spoke about how his very public break up with his Flip or Flop co-host took a major toll on him and his family.
"Let's be honest - it was awful," he told Dr. Drew. "I mean, there was more PR about our divorce than any divorce I think I've ever seen....It was wild. On every single magazine, on every news outlet. I was just beyond me."
El Moussa and Christina announced their separation in December 2016 after reports of a domestic altercation at their California home involving a "possibly suicidal male with a gun" earlier that year. The former couple finalized their divorce in January 2018, but have joint custody of their two children, 7-year-old Taylor and 2-year-old Brayden.
