Tarek El Moussa Jokes “I Look Like the Best You Ever Had” To Ex Christina Haack After She Hilariously Critiqued His Outfit
Flip or Flop hosts Christina Haack (formerly Anstead) and Tarek El Moussa love to tease each other on set. Whether it's about their shaving habits or makeup routine, the two co-stars keep their banter playful. In their latest exchange, Haack critiqued El Moussa's outfit in the most hilarious way — but he had a pretty epic comeback.
On Friday, Haack shared a video to her Instagram Stories where she is seen walking behind El Moussa on a sidewalk. The father-of-two appears to be wearing a black cap, a navy bomber jacket, dark pants, and black sneakers."Do you know who you look like?" Haack said into the camera regarding her ex-husband's outfit. "Ice Ice Baby," she continued, referring to rapper Vanilla Ice's hit single.
El Moussa quipped back into the camera: "I look like the best you ever had," which even got a giggle from Haack herself. "The new vanilla ice," she captioned the video, which El Moussa later reposted to his story.
The former husband and wife, who currently share children Taylor and Brayden El Moussa, split in 2016 but have continued to maintain a friendly relationship with one another throughout the years. Their show Flip or Flop, which was most recently renewed for a 10th season on HGTV, has also continued to go on without a hitch.
El Moussa is currently engaged to Selling Sunset star Heather Rae Young. Meanwhile, Haack is single, having split from husband Ant Anstead in September 2020.
In February, fans asked Heather Rae Young if she was bothered by El Moussa's past marriage with Haack. Recalling the time she decided to go on a first date with him, she responded that it doesn't concern her at all. "His past wasn’t even an issue in my mind. I actually loved that he and his ex were able to have a healthy relationship for the kids and that mattered more to me than his past," she wrote in an Instagram post.
