Despite their divorce more than a year ago, Flip or Flop stars Christina and Tarek El Moussa have stayed on good terms. The ex-husband and wife are even currently filming another season of their show, which they've decided to continue together. Still, the El Moussas lead separate lives. Recently, the couple's former mansion went on the market for $3 million-and around the same time, Tarek shared photos of his new bachelor pad.

"I'm am [sic] so excited for my 'new beginnings' ... sometimes things are meant to be:)" the HGTV host captioned the photos of the Costa Mesa, CA house he snagged for $2,280,000, according to Realtor.com. Click through for a tour.

The 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house looks completely different from the one he shared with Christina-although it too features a living room that opens up to a luxurious outdoor pool. And that kitchen! Simply swoonworthy.

Tarek goes on to say that he wasn't actively looking for a new home, let alone one in that location, but it was love at first sight. "I was randomly driving down a street and saw this place and I knew it was the one!"

Hours later, he was putting an offer, leaving him with an important lesson: "if you want something go get it, go after it and never quit!" he says. "This relates to life in general..if there is something you want take action!!! My ❤️❤️❤️ Babies finally get a home with daddy!!!"

By babies, of course, he is referring to his two young kids with Christina, Taylor and Brayden.
