It’s official: Tarek El Moussa’s new HGTV show, Flipping 101 w/ Tarek El Moussa, is set to premiere in early 2020. The 14-episode original series will feature Tarek mentoring real estate rookies, sharing all the lessons he’s learned about successfully flipping a house for profit.
The 37-year-old originally rose to fame alongside ex-wife Christina Anstead on Flip or Flop and the two will continue working together for Season 8. And now, he can add his new HGTV show, plus a digital series, Tarek’s Flip Side, onto his plate.
“My passion for real estate has led me to flip hundreds of homes over the years and I’ve been incredibly lucky as an entrepreneur to build a successful business,” he said in a press release. “Now I get to help first-time flippers learn the ropes, find the best property deals and show them how to make the most profit on their investment.”
In early July, the father of two hinted about a new house-flipping show in a since-deleted Instagram post, looking to cast real estate investors and house-flippers in the Southern California area. It seems like Tarek was actually secretly working on his new HGTV show.
On Father’s Day, fans were also given a preview of his digital series, premiering on August 1, showing him gush over his two kids, with 6-year-old Taylor having her own moment with the camera.
