The Empire alum just completed a 30-day fitness challenge with her trainer.
Actress Taraji P. Henson recently turned 50, and she celebrated in a big way by partying on a yacht in a thong bikini. Now, the What Men Want star back on the 'gram with another bikini photoshoot showing off her insanely toned body. Taraji posted a series of pictures of herself in a super cute leopard print thong bikini soaking up the sun on the beach with her friends in Los Cabos.

The Empire alum looked incredible in every single photo, and that's no accident. She just completed an intense 30-day fitness challenge with longtime trainer Mike T leading up to the celebration. Her 30-day challenge workouts included battle ropes, intense cardio, cable machine work, bodyweight exercises, and more.
"Honestly, Taraji is very disciplined in the gym," Mike once told InStyle. "She’s the type of person that if you tell her she can’t do something, she’s definitely going to want to do it even harder. Her focus is second to none." He also said that Taraji typically trains seven days a week when she's not working, putting in one to two hours of weight training and cardio.
That said, she also knows when to take a break and just enjoy life. Mike shared a video of his last workout with Taraji at the end of her 30-day challenge, where he told his followers the Hidden Figures actress was taking a seven-day training break (a.k.a. vacation) to celebrate her birthday.
Besides stunning in her swimsuit, Taraji also posted some super glam shots of a birthday dinner where she dressed up in a gorgeous bronze gown.
