1 small head green cabbage, thinly sliced (about 4 cups)
1/2 golden raisins
3 extra-virgin olive oil
1 white miso
1 whole-grain mustard
1 white wine vinegar
1/2 kosher salt
1/2 freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 (about 7 1/2 oz.) raw fermented red cabbage sauerkraut, such as Wildbrine
1/4 chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1/4 chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 chopped unsalted roasted almonds

Directions
