'Tamron Hall Show' Fans Stunned By the Host’s Emotional News That Gave Her "Butterflies"

Tamron Hall is rejoicing with her Tam Fam.
To kick things off, the ABC daytime talk show host announced on May 6 that The Tamron Hall Show has been nominated for four Daytime Emmy Awards, including Outstanding Information Talk Show and Outstanding Informative Talk Show Host. Up against other iconic TV personalities like Robin Roberts, Taraji P. Henson and The View hosts, it’s going to be a difficult decision for the Academy of Televisions Arts and Sciences members.
Shortly after the incredible list was revealed, Tamron expressed her gratitude with a heartfelt message on May 10. "This is our first live show since the Daytime Emmys nominations were announced," she said. "I'm so proud of my team ... I have butterflies in my stomach ... In three seasons, The Tamron Hall Show has been nominated for a total 10 Emmys. Congratulations to my amazing team."
Although the 2022 Daytime Emmy Awards winners won't be announced until late June, Tamron’s fans couldn't help but shower the broadcast journalist with celebratory messages on Instagram.
"Congratulations!!! Fierce, Blessed, kind lovely lady!! You are so deserving 💯," one person wrote in the comments section. "So happy for [you]. Thank [you] for including everyday people and the celebrities in your segments. Love the show big time 👏👏👏👏👏👏. Congrats 🎉," another added. "Not surprised!! Your show is simply exceptional ... Congratulations Tam!🙏🏽👏🏽🎈💪🏽👑," a different fan said.
Tamron isn’t only celebrating her Emmy nominations. On May 13, she took to Instagram to commemorate the 500th episode of her daytime talk show. “Today we TamFam celebrated 500 shows,” she captioned a photo of herself standing on stage, looking out to her audience. “All of them were created with you in mind and with the desire to bring shows you would watch."
Tamron continued: "The hour we spend together as the #tamfam has grown into something even more special than I imagined. Thank you for inspiring the @tamronhallshow to defy the odds. We are seeing record ratings and we are still just getting started.”
Since its debut in September 2019, The Tamron Hall Show is averaging an audience of 1.2 million total viewers season to date, according to a press release. In fact, the show is so popular and well-received that rather than being approved for another single season, it’s already been green-lighted for the fourth and fifth seasons, taking the show through 2024. Naturally, the Tam Fam can’t wait for what’s next.
