Tamron Hall Finally Speaks Out About Kathie Lee Gifford Leaving ‘Today’
After announcing she was leaving the Today show, Kathie Lee Gifford has received endless words of support from her co-workers. And now, former Today anchor Tamron Hall has also chosen to speak out about how much KLG has meant to her.
On Instagram, Tamron shared a fun throwback picture from 2013 of herself with Savannah Guthrie, Hoda Kotb, and Kathie Lee candidly posing together in red tracksuits. The snapshot is sweet, but the caption is arguably even sweeter:

"Sending love and hugs to @kathielgifford ! Thank you for always offering support, love and advice," she wrote. "Wishing you nothing but the best as you take on a new chapter. Some of the best memories I had at Today were because of your infectious joy. God Bless."
Fans of Tamron loved the shout-out to her Today friend, while many in the comments section said that they'd love Tamron to replace KLG when she leaves in April 2019. Tamron decided to leave NBC in 2017 when the network announced they were giving Megyn Kelly (who was since been canceled) her 9 a.m. time slot.
"I’ll miss KLG but bring bk @tamronhall for the 4th hr!!!" one fan wrote. "It would be so awesome to have you back!!!" another exclaimed.
Of course, it would be amazing to see Tamron back on Today, but it probably won't happen anytime soon. Tamron has since moved on in her career and is now working on her own daytime talkshow with ABC/Disney, which is set to premiere in fall 2019. The former NBC anchor tweeted that she was "looking forward to sharing stories about extraordinary people" on her new program.
Exciting #MondayMorning news! Thrilled to announce that @Hearst Television Stations will be airing my new @Disney /ABC syndicated talk show next fall. Looking forward to sharing stories about extraordinary people and building our community, where everyone is invited every day. pic.twitter.com/o2gb7tGukQ
