Get ready to feel, because Tia Mowry just dropped a love letter to mothers everywhere that’s all about the sacrifices moms make.

On Dec 14, Tia shared a series of throwback photos, discussing how motherhood changes everything. She started by saying, “Lately, I’ve been thinking about motherhood, particularly reflecting on the sacrifices that come with it. From enduring physical pains during pregnancy to navigating the fatigue and restless nights, the challenges only intensified with postpartum symptoms and the issues that surfaced as a new mother. Despite these struggles, I can’t help but feel profoundly blessed by the presence of my beautiful children and the countless precious memories we’ve created together.”
She added, “In navigating the hardships, I’ve discovered a profound source of healing for my own inner child through my role as a mother. It’s empowering to recognize that by raising my children, I am actively breaking generational curses. Witnessing the growth of kind and empathetic individuals under my guidance makes every sacrifice worthwhile.”
“I acknowledge that motherhood unfolds uniquely for each person, with distinctive struggles and joys,” she ended by saying. “Yet, there’s a common thread that binds us all—the beauty of sacrifice and love for our little ones. It’s this shared experience that unites us in a profound way. I am genuinely proud of each one of you and the unique journeys you’ve undertaken in the intricate tapestry of motherhood.”
Along with this love letter to motherhood, Mowry shared a series of photos and videos ranging from photos of her crackling her baby bump while lounging in a white button-down to photos from now of Tamera and her children looking as stylish as can be while in front of their Christmas tree.
We also see pics of her showing off her baby bump by the pool and in front of the mirror, making silly faces while holding one of her children, along with throwback pics and videos of her son and daughter.
Mowry has such a way with words, and truly encapsulates what motherhood is like, and it’s one of the many reasons why we love her. and it’s clear as day that she adores motherhood so much, which is something we always love to see!
