San Vicente Bungalows, Jeffrey Klein’s impossible-to-get-into, membership-only club in West Hollywood, opened its doors last night to celebrate Tamara Mellon and Andrea Lieberman of A.L.C.’s latest footwear collaboration—a two-shoe, animal-print collection available online today—with an on-theme dinner party.

Upon arrival, guests mingled on the Bungalow’s flower-potted patio before moseying on up to a private attic dining room for a family-style, candlelit dinner. Erica Reid, Camilla Belle, Ellen Pompeo, Chris Ivery, Andie MacDowell, Jason Rembert, Logan Browning, and Erin Foster all gathered to raise a celebratory glass of bubbly and enjoy a surf-and-turf summer menu.

At first glance, the jungly dinner table seemed to be dressed with zebra- and cheetah-print napkins, however, when guests unraveled the animal-print cloth, not a napkin but a crew-neck T-shirt unfolded. And to keep the surprises coming, the animal-print tees were hand-embroidered with each guest’s initials.

For the centerpiece, pink-hued dahlias were displayed in an assortment of high-low vases offering perfect windows for laughs and whispers across the table. The evening’s grand finale came in the form of a fresh lemon meringue pie with a graham cracker crust. It was a sweet ending indeed.
