Make blueberry chia seed bread Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour (or use half white, half whole wheat for a silkier texture) 1/2 cup agave syrup 1 cup soy milk, vanilla 1/2 orange juice +1/2 tsp orange zest (or just use 1/2 cup water) 1/3 cup vegetable oil 2 Tbsp chia seeds 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp baking soda 1 Tbsp baking powder 2 tsp apple cider vinegar 1 1/4 cups fresh organic blueberries optional: 1/8 tsp cayenne and/or 1/2 tsp ginger powder (for a spicy accent)
Directions: 1. Combine the dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. 2. Fold in wet ingredients. Fold in blueberries last. 3. Pour mixture into greased baking dish.
