Katie Couric chats with mom bloggers
I'm feeling a bit proud as I read post after post and watch a fantastic little video about CBS evening news anchor Katie Couric meeting with a group of mom blogging mavens.
As women bloggers descended on New York City last weekend for BlogHer Business, CBS News welcomed a group of mom bloggers into Couric's office. Along with Lisa Stone, one of the founders of BlogHer, members of the the Silicon Valley Moms Blog, New York City Moms Blog, DC Metro Moms Blog, and Chicago Moms Blog met Couric for an informal chat about their passion for writing online about motherhood.
Couric was inspired enough to post about it on her own blog for CBS.
As a mom blogger, it's always exciting to see your blog peeps be recoginzed for the power of their work. And mom blogging = super powerful.
