Superstar trainer Tracy Anderson chooses four slimming exercises that can be done in your office or hotel room for a pick-me-up after a long trip or meeting.

1. CHAIR KARATE KICK Kneel on seat with one leg, facing the back of the chair and holding onto it for balance. Set working leg to the side with your foot on the floor. Bend at the knee of the working side and kick leg out to the side at hip height; bend at knee and return to starting position. Do 20 to 30 reps; repeat on opposite side.

2. STANDING LEG LIFT Facing chair, rest both elbows on the seat. Keeping the working leg straight, lift behind from floor toward ceiling. Do 30 to 40 reps on each side.

3. SITTING ARM REACH Sitting on chair, place hands on front corners of seat. Reaching both arms back and up, rotate palms to ceiling, then reverse rotation, returning hands to seat corners; repeat 25 times.

4. SITTING "W" PRESS AND OVERHEAD REACH Sit at edge of the chair. With arms out to the sides, bend elbows, creating a "W" body position; squeeze forearms together; return to start; reach arms overhead, palms turning out; return to "W." Repeat press and reach 50 times.
