Who owns Stack?

Lou Lentine, who took over as owner of the Taco Shack of Stuart, is expanding to the other side with another restaurant. Taco Shack faces north toward Southeast Fifth Street while Stack faces south toward Southeast Sixth Street. Stack is across from Island Root Kava Bar, Ellie's Downtown Deli & Catering and Terra Fermata. He also opened another Taco Shack location in Jupiter and is planning to open Pez Vela Restaurant in Stuart.

What kind of restaurant is Stack?

It's a burgers-and-bourbon bar that serves handcrafted burgers and craft bourbons. The burgers are made with fresh ingredients, stacked on a potato bun and served with fries, which are hand cut and double fried. For an upcharge, substitute any hamburger patty with American wagyu ($5) or 100% grass-fed Prime ($3).
