Taco Bell's Testing French Fry-Loaded Burritos

One month after Taco Bell cheekily tweeted at Blink-182 frontman Mark Hoppus, suggesting his fries-in-a-burrito dreams may be coming true, we can confirm that the chain wasn't just toying with the singer's emotions. T-Bell is testing a California Loaded Fries Burrito at its locations in Charleston, West Virginia, Foodbeast confirmed.
The burrito, which costs $1.99 each, comes filled with fries, sour cream, ground beef, and nacho cheese instead of the typical shredded cheese.
This isn't the first time Taco Bell's dabbled with French fries on the menu. Last December, the brand briefly tested nachos fries, according to Business Insider. There's no word yet whether the dishes will get a nationwide release, so for now, you'll have to head to Virginia -- or hit up McDonald's and Taco Bell on the same drive-thru run -- to get your fix.

Mindy Kaling tweeted about McDonald's so much she eventually starred in an ad for the brand. Chrissy Teigen documented her Jack in the Box saga and the fast food chain came to her rescue. And Blink-182 frontman Mark Hoppus might have just caused Taco Bell to speed up a very exciting new menu addition.
Hoppus took to Twitter last week to discuss which is better – Taco Bell or Del Taco. Since Taco Bell doesn't have french fries, it became a real Sophie's Choice, as the "All The Small Things" singer put it. Twitter fans pointed out that you could get Taco Bell and then drive to another fast food place for fries, but that's a whole lot of work.
Luckily, Taco Bell's Twitter team took notice of Hoppus's tweet and sent back a cryptic (but hopeful) response:
