I Can’t Get Over Brie Larson’s Glowy Skin In Her Latest No-Makeup Instagram Post

Brie Larson's latest Instagram post checks all of the boxes. The Marvels star, 32, just posted two photos sans makeup, and her fresh face is radiant. In the snaps, Brie perches on her kitchen countertop while wearing striped pajamas and looking out the window. "When 'finding your light' requires you to sit on the kitchen counter," her caption reads.

And, fans in the comments couldn't get enough. "Ya gotta do what ya gotta do 😍," one user wrote, while someone else added, "🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡." TBH, the glow really is next level:

So, what's her secret? Turns out, Brie's all about skincare. A quick gua sha massage is a personal favorite, she told People: "This past year I also integrated new skincare and self-care rituals into my life, like the practice of using a gua sha. It has major benefits for the skin and helps release tension."

Plus, sipping on her favorite beverage helps Brie take care of her skin from the inside out. "Green tea has incredible overall health benefits and it is my go-to. It really helps skin as well with all its antioxidants," she said.

The Captain Marvel star also says beauty sleep is a key ingredient in her routine. “Sleep is an essential element to healthy skin and overall wellness,” she shared. “I travel with this mask everywhere and find it particularly helpful when I'm trying to acclimate to a new time zone."

Brie's also big on skincare that makes her happy. "I find that sheet masks can really fix my mood, so I'm very sheet mask motivated," Brie told InStyle. "I love the undereye masks as well. Those are just little extra things you can add to your routine that feel luxurious."

And, her a.m. routine is particularly zen. "I've started to make sure I have time in the morning and time at night for myself," she explained. "Even if it's just little things that don't take up too much time but connect me to myself, like slowing down and rubbing my hands together and smelling my moisturizer before I put it on my face."
