  • Sydney Sweeney, 24, just showed off her toned abs at the Euphoria season 2 premiere.

  • Her killer core was the centerpiece of a sparkly, two-piece gown.

  • Ten years of mixed martial arts training and going on long walks with her dog help Sydney stay in shape.

At 24, Sydney Sweeney has already had major roles in some of TV's most popular shows, including The White Lotus, Sharp Objects, and The Handmaid's Tale. But it's her role as Cassie in Euphoria that has fans talking ATM.

At the show's season 2 premiere in Los Angeles, California, Sydney dazzled in a white, two-piece gown covered with rhinestones (and matching elbow-length gloves). But the real star was her super sculpted abs—and her Instagram followers agreed.

"Beyondddddd 🔥🔥," one user wrote, while someone else added, "Omgggggg I wasnt ready for this this one. Go tf offffff 🔥🔥🔥." "Girl you’re a walking icon," another comment read, and this is definitely a look that deserves icon status:

Sydney is no stranger to working hard, and that goes double for her workouts. She started mixed martial arts training when she was just 14, according to Marie Claire, and she says the sport has also been a major source of self-confidence.

"I was the only girl at this dojo, and I wanted to fuck with all the guys’ [minds]," she told Porter. "So, I got all-pink everything–wraps, gloves, mouthguard, everything–because when you walk into the ring as a girl wearing pink, the guys are like ‘whatever.’ But then, when you can kick their ass, it’s the greatest feeling ever.”

Now, Sydney's sweat sessions are more low-key. "I try to take my dog on a walk twice a day. We’ll do a 2-mile walk in the morning and again at night if I can," she shared with Bustle.

"If I’m feeling really motivated, I’ll run. If I have an hour, I’ll do a workout video at home, like a DOGPOUND one. Sometimes it’s hard if I’m missing equipment, but it’s doable," Sydney added.

As for her fitness goals, Sydney says she wants to try a Peloton workout, and she's working on finding her inner zen so she can excel at yoga. "My mind just races too much so I can't get there yet," she told Yahoo!

Food-wise, Sydney keeps it simple. Breakfast is always paired with a side of berries, but the main course changes often. "Right now, I’m really into this croissant toast that I eat with cinnamon sugar and honey butter," she said, per Bustle.

But, her coffee order? Nonexistent. "I have never even tried coffee," Sydney said. "I only drink water—for whatever reason, when I was like, 12, I decided I would only drink water and I just stuck with it. I love water, it’s my thing."

Instead, "I eat sugar, so it balances out. Instead of coffee, I'll have some Swedish Fish or anything gummy if I'm tired. I’ve had a Shirley Temple to celebrate, but I feel totally fine with just water," she explained.

She's also been working on her mental health, especially her body image, Sydney shared with Yahoo! "Something that I've really started telling myself is this is the one body I'll have for the rest of my life," she said.

"And it does so much for me and I need to appreciate it and I need to love it because I'm not going to get another one. So I'm just kind of loving myself more and thanking my body for everything it does." Noted!
