Sydney Sweeney stars in the new HBO Original film Reality, where she plays a former American intelligence specialist who was charged with the unauthorized release of government information to the media about Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. elections. The movie looks sooo good and Sydney’s already getting plenty of early buzz about it.

Naturally, she just hit up the red carpet to promote her new flick in a gorgeous see-through black dress that showed off her toned abs, arms, legs—everything. Sydney paired the look with tousled hair and a cool-girl smile.

Sydney has been crushing the fashion game lately. There was this look:

This one:

And this one, for starters:

And each red carpet event has shown the 25-year-old actress looking seriously fit and glowy. How’d she get so strong?

Well, she has a background in frigging MMA. “I’m trained in mixed martial arts,” she previously told Marie Claire. “I started when I was 14 and did my first competition at 18. It was a grappling competition against all guys a weight category above me, and I got first place. Those guys were probably saying, ‘Oh, we didn’t want to hurt her,’ but they were definitely trying. Everyone broke a sweat!”

Sydney told GQ that MMA is also good for her brain. “The thing I loved the most was how much I was teaching my brain to not give up,” she said. “If my body thinks it’s tired then my brain can tell me it’s not. Discipline is one of the first things that they teach you, and I really liked the respect I was teaching myself. Now I put that into everything I do.” (She said she often has to stop fighting when she's filming to avoid getting bruises.)

Sydney also likes to go for walks with her dog, Tank, who shows up all the time in her ’grams.

“I try to take my dog on a walk twice a day,” she told Bustle. “We’ll do a two-mile walk in the morning and again at night if I can. If I’m feeling really motivated, I’ll run.”

Home workouts are in the mix, too. “If I have an hour, I’ll do a workout video at home, like a Dogpound one,” she said. “Sometimes it’s hard if I’m missing equipment, but it’s doable.”

Sydney is also just athletic on the regular, and into outdoorsy activities. Like, check out these shots of her hiking through a winter wonderland:

Sydney told GQ that her love of sports started out of body insecurities as a teenager. “I had boobs before other girls and I felt ostracized for it,” she said. “I put on this weird persona other people had of me because of my body. So I did play every sport and I studied really hard and I did everything that people wouldn’t think I would do, to show them that my body doesn’t define who I am.”

Food-wise, Sydney is into what she’s into—and that's that. She told Bustle that she likes to start her day with berries and croissant toast with cinnamon sugar and honey butter. She also sticks to H2O. “I only drink water—for whatever reason, when I was like, 12, I decided I would only drink water and I just stuck with it. I love water, it’s my thing,” she said.

Sydney Sweeney, everyone!
