Sydney Sweeney’s all-lilac look is serving 1950s prom vibes

The last 12 months have seen Sydney Sweeney serve some majorly iconic fashion moments, so much so that she's quickly become one of our fave style icons.
Whether it be her casual yet show-stopping Eras Tour fit (honestly, I need my own tiny crystal-embellished denim mini-skirt) or her biker chick look in The Rolling Stones music video, Sydney is the ultimate fashion chameleon. And her latest offering - which looks to have leapt straight out of a 1950s prom book - proves exactly that.
To unpack, the Euphoria star recently posed for a shoot wearing the most stunning lilac Oscar de la Renta midi dress. The dress was fitted at the waist with a sweetheart neckline complete with oversized bows on either shoulder as the rest of the material flowed elegantly to form subtle pleats.
Sydney paired the timeless gown with some satin lilac heels with a statement rose on each. As for her honey-blonde hair, the 26-year-old opted for the classic Hollywood waves to complement the prom-like vision. She kept her makeup pretty natural with a small amount of eyeliner, perfectly sculpted brows, a nude lip and a sprinkling of highlighter.
Of course, plenty of fans took to fashion stylist Molly Dickson's comment section - aka the person responsible for sharing the look with the world - to gush over Sydney's ensemble.
"Classic beauty!" one person penned, as a second said: "Serving looksssss, just perfection!!!"
"This look was everything," a third added as a fourth agreed, typing: "Major moment."
Bottom line? This look would 100% have won Sydney prom Queen.
