We’re calling it now: Sydney Sweeney is about to join the ranks of celebrity fashion darlings whose style we all want to emulate in 2024. She’s been looking fabulously chic while promoting her new rom-com Anyone But You, mixing high-end designer looks with effortlessly casual ensembles with aplomb. But it seems one of her latest looks may have been inspired by another celeb with enviable style—Meghan Markle. The Euphoria star was spotted out in NYC prior to hosting Saturday Night Live wearing L’Agence’s Sera Flare Jeans ($295), one of the Duchess’s favorite brands. Though, Sweeney definitely put her own cool girl spin on the classic silhouette.

Sweeney paired her L’Agence raw-hem flare jeans with a pair of red pointy toe heels to match a red graphic tee promoting another new film, Immaculate (complete with her name splashed across the back), and a Y2K-inspired bag by Givenchy ($2,850).

Her denim pick is right on trend for 2024, with ‘70s flares finally making a comeback alongside ‘90s and early aughts fashion. And we love her choice to keep the look rather simple to really allow space for her denim to shine.

L’Agence Sera Sneaker Flare Jeans

L’Agence

The best-selling L’Agence style has an unfinished hem and fading along the thighs and knees for a more lived-in vibe. The high-cut waist has a 9.5-inch rise, the inseam is 32 inches and they come in sizes US 23 to 34, though many appear to be currently sold out on the L’Agence website (fingers crossed for a restock). Reviews suggest these jeans fit true to size, but the material also has a decent amount of stretch, so if you’re between sizes you may prefer the smaller of the two.

For those of us looking to get celeb-inspired style on a budget, have no fear—we also tracked down three lookalike pairs (all under $100) so you can copy Sydney’s look without blowing your whole spring shopping budget.

For the gal who loves a high-rise, these jeans have a 11.5-inch rise and 31-inch inseam to give you a sleek, long line from your waist all the way down to your toes. Like the L’Agence pair, the material has plenty of stretch for added comfort, and the light blue wash is ideal for warmer months.

Warp + Weft NAO Bootcut Jeans

Warp + Weft

If you prefer a darker wash, this Warp + Weft style has the same raw hem as Sweeney’s jeans and a super-flattering 10.5-inch rise. It is also made using sustainable practices, like ethically-sourced materials and dying methods that use significantly less water, for an eco-friendly bonus.

BDG Urban Outfitters Mid-Rise Flare Jeans

Nordstrom

A great option for the long-legged among us, these jeans have a 33-inch inseam. We love the fading along the thighs, knees and bum for a vintage vibe, and that V-shaped yoke in back is great for giving your booty a little boost. Just note, Nordstrom suggests these jeans run small, so you may want to go up one from your usual size.
