Swoon: Mark Zuckerberg Treats His Wife to a Honeymoon Every. Single. Year.

He has one of the most enviable jobs in the country and is a super-involved dad, and now he’s also officially a total dreamboat. Mark Zuckerberg recently revealed on Facebook (where else?) that he treats his wife, Priscilla Chan, to a brand-new honeymoon each and every year. Every. Single. Year. People.

Since their super-low-key nuptials five years ago, the pair has traveled to Japan, France and, this year, rural Maine as part of Zuckerberg’s tour of all 50 states. The reason for his extravagant anniversary-gift tradition is actually pretty sweet.

In his post, Zuckerberg explained that he and Chan planned their wedding as a surprise, which meant that Facebook’s chief financial officer had no idea he was planning the social media company’s IPO for the day before the ceremony. While the newlyweds did have time for a brief getaway, their real honeymoon had to be cut short in order for Zuckerberg to return to work. To make up for the disappointment of not having a traditional post-wedding vacation, he promised to take Chan on a new trip every single year instead.

So basically, instead of getting one romantic holiday, she’s had five, with even more to come. Sounds like a pretty sweet deal to us. Now, how do you think we go about making this a mainstream tradition?
