If you're a Hallmark fan, then you're sure to recognize the one and only Ryan Paevey and probably seen most, if not all of the movies he's starred in. This Hallmark heartthrob got his start on the small screen by modeling and acting in music videos and soap operas, but truly made a name for himself as one of the most popular and beloved faces on the network.

Now, Ryan Paevey fans like us are rejoicing because his newest Hallmark film, Fourth Down and Love, airs September 9, 8/7c! Here, we get to know Paevey a bit better and the amazing films that have us head-over-heels.

How Ryan Paevey got his start

With his dark and handsome good looks it's no surprise that this 6'1 California-native got his start not as an actor, but rather as a model. His modeling gigs put him opposite stars like Katy Perry, and he even did some work in music videos for artists ranging from Robin Thicke to Christina Aguilera.

It wasn't until 2013 when his acting career really took off, after he took on the role of Nathan West on the longstanding soap opera, General Hospital. His stint on the show lasted a total of four years, but luckily gave us excellent eye-candy scenes like the one below.

Who is Ryan Paevey married to?

Paevey isn't currently in a relationship, although he was previously tied to model Jesse Hinton. As far as tying the knot, in a 2018 interview with Extra when he was asked about when he wanted to get married, he joked, "I have no idea. I'm missing 50% of that equation, but I'll keep you posted." He continued, "I'm a workaholic. I don't even have a dog. I have a thriving houseplant."

On top of that, a multitude of factors leave her wondering if becoming Mrs. Darcy is the right choice for her future.

Unleashing Mr. Darcy was left open to the possibility of a sequel, and obviously we were all very hopeful," Paevey told MediaVillage.  "...The fan response was so overwhelming and almost constant for the last two years," he said.  "People were very vocal [about wanting] for another.  I really think that's what made it happen." If there's one thing you can say about Hallmark fans, it's that they sure are loyal!

“We both come from the same soap background and very briefly from the same soap. We really narrowly missed working together. She played Maxie on General Hospital for a little while, shortly before I arrived on the scene, which is funny because Maxie is the character that Nathan, the character I played, ended up marrying. Isn’t that funny how things happen? Yeah. There’s a weird synchronicity in the universe sometimes," Paevey told Fansided.
