Swiss Footballer Says One 'Very Well Known' International Star Made Her an Indecent Proposal

She may not be widely known in the United States, but Swiss soccer star Alisha Lehmann is one of the most popular soccer players in the world. With nearly 10 million followers on TikTok, 15.5 million on Instagram, and her own fan site and merch store; the Women’s Super League forward eclipses the popularity of even star female athletes such as Olivia Dunne.

However, Lehmann's fame has come with some unfortunate encounters, one of which she says she experienced during a recent trip to America.

While with some friends out at a club in Miami, the 24-year-old says she received an offer from a "very well known" internationally famous star to spend the night with him for $100,000. Lehmann opened up about the incident during an appearance on the Dir Tea Talk podcast this week, hosted by German rapper Shirin David.

"I was in Miami, my favorite place, and I met some friends at a club," Lehmann told the host, according to U.K.'s The Sun. "I got a message on my mobile, which I didn't reply to, but the same person then messaged the bodyguard looking after me."

"The texts came from a very well known person," she explained. "We had previously bumped into one another at an event."

Lehmann recalled that the message said: "I will pay Alisha 100,000 Swiss francs to spend a night with her." But suffice it to say, she ultimately turned down the generous offer.

"But my answer was, 'No way! And just 100,000?'" she exclaimed. Lehmann added that her bodyguard continued to receive communication from the unknown celebrity's agent, who she claims "begged" her to accept his client's offer.

"The crazy thing is that I still have his message on my phone. It is a bit stupid," she said, remaining coy on the identity of her would-be paramour. "Is it from a footballer? I cannot reveal his name. But he is very, very well known on an international level."

Lehmann joined the English women's football club Aston Villa in 2021, after stints with West Ham and Everton. The openly bisexual player was previously in a relationship with her Swiss national teammate Ramona Bachmann, and was later in a relationship with her Aston Villa clubmate, midfielder Douglas Luiz until 2022.

So in other words, it would appear that Lehmann is single, but not ready to mingle—or very understandably, at least not for a price.
