The Sweet Gesture Mary Fitzgerald Wishes She Did for Co-Stars Chrishell Stause and Jason Oppenheim

Netflix's Selling Sunset season five officially premiered on Friday and in honor of the release, Mary Fitzgerald let us in on her thoughts about the newest episodes. Therefore, it was inevitable that we started talking about her costars Chrishell Stause and Jason Oppenheim.

Fitzgerald recently made her debut on the personalized videos platform Cameo and she mentioned that a heartfelt shoutout was what the former couple needed after ending their relationship in the show.

"A joint [video] to Jason and Chrishell," she shared with House Beautiful when asked who she'd cheer up through Cameo. "I just finished watching season five before it came out so I feel like they both need a little pick-me-up before watching the relationship on TV."

With everything Stause has been through, Fitzgerald went on to say how incredible it is that she was able to translate her story into words. "I actually just finished Chrishelle's [book] not too long ago and it was amazing," she said. "My expectations were definitely exceeded. She did an incredible job."

If you haven't binge-watched the season...we, of course, won't spoil anything for you but know that this type of positive energy and female empowerment is what Fitzgerald really hopes the show captures in the future. "It's difficult sometimes when you have a ton of people looking at you and talking and whispering," she mentioned. "You kind of second guess yourself and I have to talk myself back up. I know who I am and I'm happy with who I am and it doesn't really matter what anyone else thinks."
